个人简介

郭正彦,研究员,博士生导师。曾入选中国科学院青年创新促进会第七批会员。 老虎机游戏引进人才,2021年加入老虎机游戏。曾在中国科学院微生物研究所任副研究员,研究方向微生物与生物药学。


主要研究内容

长期从事微生物药源分子的高效发现、生物合成及合成生物学研究。目前已经完成了链丝菌素、春雷霉素、庚糖杀菌素、白黄菌素、喹哒霉素等多种微生物天然产物(药物)的生物合成研究,拓展药物分子的来源,为新药物的可持续创制的提供保障。主持和承担10余项国家和省部级科研课题,在Nat. Biotech.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.,Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA,Acta Pharm. Sin B.等学术期刊发表论文40多篇,申请专利12项。现为中国医药生物技术协会酶工程与发酵工程专委会委员, 中国微生物学会微生物药物与天然产物专委员委员。
