长期从事肿瘤模型研制、癌变机理及转化应用研究。以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Cancer Discovery、Blood (x2)、Cell Death and Differentiation(x2)等杂志发表研究型论文10余篇,授权发明专利1项。与上海华博、北京百济神州、中国医学科学院药物研究所等机构合作,利用疾病模型完成多个抗肿瘤新药和幽门螺杆菌mRNA疫苗的药效学评价。
