长期从事前沿组学技术开发和多组学驱动的血液精准医学研究。以通讯/第一作者在Immunity、Cancer Cell、Nature Communications、PNAS、Molecular Neurodegeneration、Genome Biology等发表研究论文多篇;申请专利以及软著6项,授权4项;实现成果转化1项(50万);启动研究者发起的IIT临床试验2项,成果相关新药获批IND并已进入III期临床试验。担任亚太人类蛋白质组协会(AOHUPO)委员、中国生物化学与分子生物学会蛋白质组学分会委员、中国生理学会整合生理学专委会委员、天津市分析测试协会常务理事。
