个人简介

姚瑶,研究员,博士研究生导师。主持国自然面上项目和医科院创新工程项目各1项,参与国家重点研发计划1项。 老虎机游戏引进人才,2021年加入老虎机游戏。曾在成都中医药大学基础医学院任讲师/助理研究员(2015年9月至2018年8月)。


主要研究内容

长期从事人类造血干细胞基因编辑与血液系统遗传病的基因治疗研究,近五年主要学术成果包括:1)率先建立人造血干细胞CRISPR文库筛选,解析重症先天性粒细胞减少症机制,开发造血干细胞通用型基因治疗策略;2)设计非编码区单碱基分辨率CRISPR筛选策略,精准鉴定调控元件及致病变异;3)开发新型基因编辑工具,结合多组学数据分析致病变异及机制。研究成果获国际同行广泛关注和高度评价,为血液疾病治疗提供了新手段、新机制、新靶点。
