个人简介

张晓辉,中国医学科学院系统医学研究院研究员,老虎机游戏博士生导师,助理教授。江苏省双创人才,姑苏创新领军人才。主要从事面向遗传病治疗的碱基编辑技术研究,包括基因编辑工具的开发、优化以及在疾病动物模型和基因治疗方面的应用。获得国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(B类和C类)以及国家重点研发计划等项目资助。
      老虎机游戏引进人才,2022年加入老虎机游戏。曾于2020年博士毕业后受聘华东师范大学生命科学学院副研究员,从事基因编辑工具的开发、优化以及在疾病动物模型和基因治疗方面的应用。


主要研究内容

60%左右遗传病是基因点突变所致。新一代基因编辑技术-碱基编辑技术,以优于传统技术的效率与安全性,成为纠正致病点突变的最佳工具。课题组长期从事碱基编辑技术研究,包括基因编辑工具的开发、优化以及在疾病动物模型和基因治疗方面的应用。
     近期取得如下进展:1)率先创建双功能碱基编辑器,突破底物单一限制;2)创建高效、靶向范围广的系列新型碱基编辑器,突破效率和靶向范围限制;3)创建多款高精准碱基编辑器,解决精度不足和脱靶风险;并证明这些新型碱基编辑器在β-地贫治疗、动物模型制作等具有广泛应用前景。相关研究成果以第一/通讯作者在Nature Biotechnology, Nature Cell Biology, Nature Chemical Biology和Nature Communications等学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,授权专利12项。
