专注探究肿瘤T细胞免疫的分子机理研究,开发新型肿瘤免疫治疗技术和方法。以通讯作者(含共同)在Cancer Cell (2篇)、Immunity、Nature Metabolism、Nature Methods、Nature Communications 、Blood、Advanced Science和Cell Reports等国际权威期刊发表论文10 余篇,为Nature Reviews Immunology、Nature Methods (2篇)和Cell Metabolism (2篇)等期刊撰写综述和评论。承担国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技创新2030重大项目以及医科院创新工程和基础等科研项目10余项。担任中国免疫学会理事会理事和中国免疫学会肿瘤免疫与生物治疗分会委员等职务。
